We can support transactions requiring capital from £100,000 via our specialist regional funds, up to £20 million from our MBO Fund.

We don't always expect businesses to be the finished article. We aim to add value in companies which have a clear, credible business strategy, capable of delivering growth in profit and earnings.
Our growth funding options
Looking to scale up, expand into new markets, or launch a new product? We can help you achieve that goal. The Maven VCTs are active investors in high growth companies typically less than 10 years old, and can invest from £1 million to £6 million in a single transaction.
Looking to buy the business you run, sell part of your business, or pursue a buy and build strategy? Private Equity can be used to finance a wide range of transaction types and help an incumbent management team to acquire a stake in the business they manage.
