Luke joined Maven in April 2019 and is based in our Reading office. His responsibilities include deal origination and execution across the South of England, and he sits on the boards of a number of Maven portfolio companies.
Luke joined Maven from Connection Capital, where as an Investment Director he completed a range of growth capital and buyout transactions. He started his career at KPMG and then performed in-house M&A at UBM plc, executing a program of international acquisitions and disposals, before moving into private equity with Nova Capital.
He read Economics and Management at the University of Oxford and is a qualified Corporate Treasurer.
In any spare time Luke can usually be found chasing after his spaniel and daughters, or watching Bath Rugby.
