Real estate private equity

Capital

Provision of equity capital to support property development projects with an anticipated value at exit of between £5 million and £30 million. We can also procure debt from the lending markets and have strong working relationships with a range of bank and secondary lenders.

Partnership approach

Our funding packages are tailored to suit the requirements of each project, generally sharing profits with each developer on a pre-agreed basis.

Maven targets only a small number of high-quality opportunities each year. Since Maven's property division was established in 2013 it has completed more than 30 projects. Current investments range geographically from Inverness, in the Highlands of Scotland, to Bournemouth, on the south coast of England.
