Richard joined Maven in September 2025 as an Investment Director in the property team, based in Glasgow. His responsibilities include the origination, structuring and execution of real estate transactions across the UK, encompassing both equity investment and property lending, as well as the management of a range of portfolio assets.
Richard previously worked at Maven from 2011 - 2023 across a range of client funds in both private equity (trading) and property, before spending two years at another Glasgow based investment business. He has an honours degree in Economics from the University of Strathclyde and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Outside of work Richard enjoys playing golf, cycling, and socialising with family and friends. He is married with three children.
