Paul joined Maven in 2016 to support the growth of Maven Property, becoming a Partner in 2019. Based in the Glasgow office, but with responsibility for property investments throughout the UK, he brings a wide range of experience in property investment, fund management, corporate finance and private equity and has been a Director of a number of public and private companies.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 with Ernst and Young and holds an MA (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Aberdeen. Prior to joining Maven he spent 12 years as a partner and director with The Hamilton Portfolio group, a diverse investment and advisory company based in Glasgow, before establishing his own advisory business, Bowmont Capital Partners, in 2013.
Outside of work Paul thinks he is younger than he is and enjoys playing golf, tennis, football and skiing. He is married with two children.

In all cases our overriding goal is to generate excellent returns for our clients, but it is also very rewarding to take a project from a set of plans through to a completed, vibrant building.
