Based in our Edinburgh office, Victoria joined Maven in 2024. Her role involves deal origination and execution, with a focus on Scottish deals and opportunities for the IFS Fund.
Victoria comes from a legal background, having practiced as a corporate lawyer for seven years at Brodies. She specialised in M&A, private equity, venture capital and early-stage investment work. Her deal experience spans a wide variety of industry sectors and involved cross-border transactions, with some notable deals in the technology, life-science and software sectors.
Victoria is an alumni of the University of Edinburgh and holds an LLB with honours.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys hillwalking, skiing, horse riding and exploring the world.
