Yiorgos joined Maven in January 2023 and is based in our London office. His responsibilities include deal origination and execution across the South of England, as well as portfolio management.
Since joining, Yiorgos has developed his private equity knowledge and experience through evaluating potential investments and presenting both new and follow-on opportunities to investment committee. He is also involved in Maven’s portfolio function, and monitors portfolio companies, attends board meetings, and supports value creation efforts and exit events.
Yiorgos joined Maven after completing his Master’s at University College London.
He holds a BA in International Affairs with a double minor in Business and Management from Bentley University and an MSc in Corporate Management from UCL.
Outside of work Yiorgos enjoys spending time with his rebellious young dachshund, watching his local sports team and when time permits, skiing.
It’s very exciting to engage with dynamic and diverse businesses and individuals. Supporting companies achieve their growth ambitions over both the pre- and post-completion phases of their journeys with us is an aspect of my job that I find particularly meaningful.
