Chris joined Maven in July 2025 and is based in our Bristol office. He works with executive teams to drive strategic execution, growth initiatives and long-term value across the portfolio.
Prior to joining Maven, Chris worked for a Sports and Media fund as Finance Director for their Rugby Portfolio. Chris was involved in acquisitions, due diligence and portfolio management. Prior to this, he was Finance Director at one of the fund’s portfolio companies.
Chris began his career at PwC, starting in audit and assurance, before moving to the Transaction Services team, where he was involved with private equity and M&A transactions, on buy-side, sell side and refinancing projects.
Chris holds a BA Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
Outside of work Chris enjoys travelling and watching and playing most sports, including cricket, padel and when time permits, hacking his way around the golf course.
