Sector focus
We target investment and development opportunities across industrial, office and Living sectors. Including, build-to-rent and purpose-built student accommodation.
Location
We target opportunities across the entire UK property market, typically seeking to undertake projects in key regional cities outside London.
Returns
We will support property projects that offer the prospect of development gains or which can generate secure income for our investors.
Arbitrage potential
We prefer opportunities where value can be added through active management, including rent review, lease extension, change of use, or refurbishment.
Hold period
We typically aim for an investment timeframe of between two to fiveyears before seeking to exit and maximise value for our investors.
Experience
We partner with experienced developers or asset managers who have a track record of delivering similar projects within the UK.

Capital
Provision of £2 to £8 million equity and loan capital to support property investments and development projects. We can also procure debt from the lending markets and have strong working relationships with a range of bank and secondary lenders.

Partnership approach
Our funding packages are tailored to suit the requirements of each project, generally sharing profits with each developer or asset manager on a pre-agreed basis.
