We are excited to announce that Maven has become a member of the Future Asset Membership Scheme, an organisation that's dedicated to informing and empowering young girls in Scotland, opening the door to potential careers in investment management. Through various initiatives that include talks, workshops and workplace visits, Future Asset aims to engage, educate, and inspire school girls, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the world of finance.
One of the key programs that Future Asset runs is the Growing Future Assets competition. This annual competition challenges teams of girls in Scottish schools to research, analyse, and pitch a company for investment to a group of industry professionals. By participating in this competition, young girls gain insights into the world of investment, learn about various careers within the sector, and enhance their confidence and skills.
