Tom joined Maven in October 2022 and is based in our Manchester office. His responsibilities include deal origination and execution across the North West of England, in particular the Lancashire and Greater Manchester regions.
Prior to joining Maven, Tom worked at Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton in their respective Transaction Services teams for almost four years, whilst being based in Manchester, Sydney, and Adelaide. During this time, he was involved in executing and completing financial and vendor due diligence, as well as working capital reports for a range of listed, private equity transactions and SMEs across multiple sectors.
Tom began his career as a school leaver at Grant Thornton in Manchester. He joined the accountancy firm in 2013, where he provided audit services to a range of SME clients across the UK.
