Carolyn joined Maven in July 2019 and is based in our Glasgow office. Her responsibilities include the sourcing and execution of new property deals as well as managing a range of portfolio assets through business plan including overseeing development projects, liaising with operating and consultant teams and managing tenant relationships.
Prior to joining Maven, Carolyn worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a chartered surveyor predominantly working in the investment team, acting on behalf of a wide range of clients on both purchase and sale side of property transactions.
Carolyn has a degree in Economics & Property from the University of Aberdeen and achieved chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2014.
Outside of work Carolyn enjoys horse riding, socialising and the occasional jog.
It is rewarding to be involved in the full life cycle of a property investment, from recognising opportunity and working up a business plan through to successful exit. The ability to see real value being created in the development of property assets, with visible change and progress being made month on month is particularly exciting.
