In November 2025 Maven completed the profitable sale of DPP. This follows a period of significant investment where DPP has strengthened its operational infrastructure, broadened its customer base, and enhanced its service delivery model to better support the evolving needs of large hospitality and retail clients. The exit delivered a strong return for Maven's VCTs and Maven Investor Partners.

DPP is one of the UK’s leading privately owned commercial maintenance contractors. The business provides mechanical and electrical maintenance, on both a planned and reactive basis, to operators of public houses and restaurants as well as to the retail sectors. In 40 years of trading, DPP have built robust expertise in heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical systems.

The market for maintenance services has seen large scale operators of pubs and restaurants consolidate their supplier bases and DPP has been able to differentiate its proposition by offering a total services solution, helping its clients achieve cost and service efficiencies.
