Maven Investor Partners exited its investment in Blis in March 2025, following its acquisition by global telecommunications company T-Mobile which values the business at $175 million. Blis is a global programmatic advertising company that doesn’t rely on personal data. As an integrated media planning and buying platform, Blis builds audiences using accurate, consented location data combined with a broad range of rich and powerful anonymised datasets, giving Blis the deepest audience understanding available.
Since Maven’s investment, the business has invested heavily in its technology platform, increased its headcount from 240 to more than 320 employees, and expanded its international footprint, particularly in the US. During the three-year partnership, Blis’s turnover also increased by 75%.

The sale of Blis marks an excellent outcome for the business, its management team, and our investors. Since our co-investment with LDC, the company has grown rapidly, expanding its footprint in the lucrative US market, with offices now in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Cincinnati and Boston. With a best-in-class platform and talented team, Blis has firmly established itself as a leader in its field, making it a highly attractive acquisition. We wish the team well as they enter their next stage of growth with T-Mobile.
