We are delighted to let you know that issue 30 of Maven's VCT investor magazine Creating Value, is now available to download.
In this edition we feature:
- New investments: The Maven VCTs have invested in several innovative private companies, continuing the expansion of the VCT portfolios through exposure to some of the UK’s most exciting growth businesses.
- Profitable exit: The sale of Horizon Ceremonies, an independent crematorium developer and operator, to a major UK public sector pension fund, has delivered a return of up to 2.4x for Maven VCT shareholders.
- Portfolio updates: We have profiled a selection of Maven VCT portfolio companies which have demonstrated strong growth and are achieving key commercial milestones in their respective markets.
- New Share Offers: Details are provided on the recently launched joint VCT Offers. We anticipate strong demand, with the Maven management team and VCT Directors intending to invest over £1 million in aggregate, demonstrating their continued confidence in the long term prospects of the VCTs.
- Maven Renovar Update: This edition will be the first Creating Value received by some shareholders in the former Amati AIM VCT, now renamed Maven Renovar VCT. We have included an article outlining our strategy to revitalise the VCT, following a period of underperformance.
