£15 million Top-up Offer from Maven Income and Growth VCT 6 now open

Maven Income and Growth VCT 6 is offering an opportunity for both existing shareholders and new investors to invest in a £15 million Top-up Offer.

The top-up Offer is an opportunity to invest in the new shares of a mature VCT which has delivered sustained improvements in Shareholder returns over recent years, including the introduction of a progressive dividend policy. Investors and advisers can access the full range of VCT tax incentives and the potential for regular tax-free dividends.
At a time when the limited availability of bank debt is constraining the growth of some successful companies, Maven Income and Growth VCT 6 is well positioned to benefit from Maven's strong private equity deal flow, and the proceeds of the Offer will allow the VCT to make further investments in established, fast-growing private businesses.

The Offer is open until the 1 April 2016 for subscriptions for the 2015/2016 tax year and 30 June 2016 for subscriptions for the 2016/2017 tax year, unless the Offer becomes fully subscribed before those dates. An early investment incentive is also in operation for investors whose applications are received and accepted by 26 February 2016. The discount applied will be 1.5% for existing shareholders and 1.25% for new investors.
