The comprehensive renovation of Planar House (now known as Eclipse) has been completed and is now being actively marketed to potential tenants. 
In May 2014 Maven raised £4.8 million to purchase and fully refurbish the building, which is located at The Globe Business Park in the beautiful Buckinghamshire town of Marlow. The location will provide its tenant with excellent access to the M40 and M4 motorways, connecting Marlow with Reading, Oxford and Central London.
In the past year Eclipse has undergone an extensive 'back to frame' refurbishment to provide a striking high quality (Grade A) headquarters office building, set within a mature landscaped site with 106 car parking spaces.
