Maven Capital Partners have been crowned as Private Equity Manager of the Year 2015 at the annual M&A Awards, held at the Victoria Park Plaza London.
The M&A Awards is one of the most important and highly respected events in the mid-market corporate finance calendar, celebrating corporate finance and dealmaking excellence from the last 12 months.
The award looks to honour a private equity house that has made acquisitions or exits in the mid-market during the year and seek to identify the firm which displayed the keenest judgement and opportunism in the transactions it had completed.
The judges assessed Maven’s choice of investee companies, the funding structures it used, and prices paid, as well as the contribution Maven made to increase the value of those companies.
