Creating Value, the new-look newsletter from Maven Capital Partners, is now available.
In this edition we look ahead to plans for further VCT top-up offers, building on the success of previous similar offers by Maven VCTs and providing investors with access to mature later-stage portfolios with a strong dividend record.
We report on a new VCT qualifying investment in the energy services sector, and the profitable exits from Nessco and Transys which have produced significant shareholder returns since the previous newsletter. Also featured in this issue are several independent industry awards and nominations for Maven and its VCTs, along with news of two new investment appointments to our UK-wide team.
Finally we feature four new investments made by the Scottish Loan Fund, which is managed by Maven independently of our core VCT business and was established by the Scottish Investment Bank to support dynamic SMEs.
