Tom joined Maven in June 2026, based in our London office and has responsibility for new product design, strategy and distribution, with a focus on the tax-efficient products.
Tom has more than 15 years experience in product strategy and prior to Maven was at TIME Investments where he was Head of Product for three IHT funds totalling £1.9bn AUM. He was previously at Downing for over 12 years where he was a Director of the Product Team leading multiple launches across VCT, EIS, IHT, listed trusts and retail bond structures.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has BA in Economics from Durham University. He also holds the IMC and the IAC.
Outside of work, Tom spends time with his two children and his wife exploring his local area. He also enjoys playing golf and cycling, watching any live sports and sometimes enjoys watching Spurs.
