Nicole Voutsas

Nicole is an Investment Manager based in Mavens London office, where she is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing growth investments. She works closely with ambitious founders and management teams, identifying high-quality businesses with strong growth potential and supporting them through the investment process and beyond.

Prior to Maven, Nicole worked at Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners), a specialist global FinTech investment bank, where she evaluated high-growth FinTech businesses across the UK, Europe and international markets. Before that, she worked in buy-side M&A at Titan Wealth, a private equity-backed wealth management platform, where she supported the evaluation and execution of acquisitions. Nicole also co-founded and exited Street Wallet, a South African FinTech business focused on enabling underserved consumers to access digital payments, giving her first-hand experience of building and scaling an early-stage business.

Nicole completed the ITC as part of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) Chartered Accountancy qualification. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town, as well as an Honours degree and PGDA postgraduate qualification specialising in financial reporting, management accounting, taxation and corporate governance.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys pilates, painting, cooking and hosting, and has a keen interest in art, interiors and architecture. She also enjoys travelling and discovering new places.
