Lisa joined Maven in September 2013 and is based in our Glasgow office. Her responsibilities include providing company secretarial services to the Maven VCTs.
Prior to joining Maven, Lisa worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst at Standard Life in the Group Reporting function. In addition, Lisa worked with The Royal Bank of Scotland for six years prior to this.
Lisa has an LLB Honours Degree in Scots Law from the University of Dundee.
Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her young family, cooking and cycling.
As well as being able to engage with a variety of stakeholders and including senior management and multiple boards of directors, in particular I enjoy providing our listed clients with a dedicated end to end company secretarial service, which presents a different challenge every day. I’m lucky to be working with a great team of people at Maven, who are all dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to our clients.
