Katie joined Maven in January 2026 and is based in our Newcastle office. Her main responsibilities include deal origination and execution across the North East of England.
Prior to joining Maven, Katie worked in EY’s audit team for three years, working on some of the region’s largest plc’s, where she qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant. Katie began her career working in CPI’s Biotechnology division where she worked on process scale up and optimisation of projects, across the AgriFoodTech and Pharma sectors.
Katie holds a first class MEng Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering with Sustainable Engineering from Newcastle University.
Outside of work Katie enjoys running, skiing, pilates and spending time exploring new places with family and friends.
