Jonathan joined Maven in December 2017 and is based in our Nottingham office. His responsibilities include leading Maven’s MEIF team in the East & South East Midlands; and identifying and completing debt finance deals, primarily in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Prior to joining Maven, Jonathan was Portfolio Director at Catapult Ventures where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of equity investments, including taking them through to exit. He previously worked in the public sector establishing and monitoring a number of equity and loan funds and the early part of his career was spent with NatWest, including relationship and credit roles.
He has a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Leicester.
Outside of work Jonathan ‘enjoys’ football as a fan of West Bromwich Albion, watching live bands, theatre and travel.
