Graham joined Maven in June 2026 and is based in our Newcastle office. He is responsible for managing relationships across existing investments, working closely with management teams to support growth, create long term value and help businesses achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Maven. Graham was Group Chief Financial Officer at Indigo Software, where he played a key role in the company’s successful sale to Aptean.
Graham combines corporate finance advisory experience with hands-on board level leadership experience, having worked within entrepreneurial and private equity backed businesses across the software, technology and industrial sectors. His experience includes strategic planning, fundraising, acquisitions, business transformation and shareholder exits.
Graham holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Outside of work Graham enjoys keeping fit, watching a wide range of sports and still finding time to play the occasional game of tennis. He is also a keen reader, enjoys live music and spends much of his spare time supporting his two children in their sporting pursuits.
