Elliot joined Maven in September 2026 and is based in our Glasgow office. He is responsible for identifying and delivering new property acquisitions, alongside driving the business plans of assets across the portfolio. His remit spans the delivery of development projects, and ongoing management of operator and occupier relationships.
Elliot has over 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate spanning development, asset management and valuation. His most recent role involved delivery of office development projects in Scotland. Prior to that he spent much of his career in London working for CBRE Investment Management and DTZ.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Valuation from Glasgow Caledonian University and has been a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) since 2014.
Outside of work he enjoys cooking and classic films, but most of his spare time is spent entertaining his young daughter.
