Catherine joined Maven in June 2026, based in our Newcastle office and has responsibility for managing relationships with existing portfolio investments across the North East Region.
Catherine has over 10 years experience at board level within both private equity backed and family owned business. During this time she has led on M&A both buy and sell side, geographical and product expansion and finance transformation in parallel with managing the day to day financial reporting and operational requirements.
She is ICAEW FCA qualified having trained with PwC and has an LLB Honours Degree in Law from Newcastle University.
Outside of work, Catherine lives by the beach and likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible, loves trying new cuisines and travelling the world!
