Cait joined Maven in August 2026, based in our Reading and Reigate offices, and is focused on new SEIF investments across the South East.
Cait has 6 years' experience across the early-stage ecosystem working at Henley Business Angels since 2020, spanning operations, communications, and investor relations. In 2024, Cait joined a Family Office-owned emerging tech accelerator in London to lead their dealflow team and support the growing portfolio. Before moving into venture capital and private equity full time, Cait spent two and a half years working in the NHS across general surgery and gastroenterology, cancer pathways and the Hospital Charity.
Cait graduated from the University of Reading with a First Class Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics and a First Class Master’s degree in Public Policy.
Outside of work, Cait loves running in the countryside, spending time with her German Shepherd, crocheting, and finding new dinner spots.
