Alex first joined Maven in March 2015 and is based in our Manchester office. His responsibilities include deal origination and execution across Northern England.
Prior to joining Maven, Alex worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in their corporate finance division for eight years, across both the Manchester and Leeds offices. At RBS he worked in a variety of roles including Structured Finance Origination, with his final position being a Director in the Portfolio Management team.
He has a Degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Leeds.
Outside of work Alex enjoys football, travelling and has a keen passion for food.
It’s very exciting to have the chance to engage with management teams who are building successful businesses in the North West. Working with management teams to achieve their growth ambitions for their businesses is definitely the most rewarding part my job.
