Welcome Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 is a generalist VCT, managed by Maven Capital Partners. The manager aims to invest the VCT portfolio in up to 70 companies, typically putting no more than 3% of the fund into any one holding. Some VCTs invest in as few as ten companies, but Maven prefers to create a larger and more diversified portfolio. Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 has one class of share. Objective Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation and generate maintainable levels of income for shareholders.
